01Overview

Worker accommodation offers strong repetition and, where a corporate counterparty can commit multi-site demand, the kind of contracted volume that makes manufacturing capacity financeable.

This study concentrates on the constraints that are specific to remote delivery: how far a module can economically travel, how it is serviced once it is there, and how it performs over a long operating life with limited local maintenance.

02The constraint

Transport economics govern this market. Beyond a certain radius the logistics cost overtakes the manufacturing advantage, and the honest answer is that the site is better served another way.

Remote sites also carry thin maintenance capacity. A building that needs frequent specialist attention will not be maintained, and the operator absorbs the consequences.

03The response

Transport radius is modelled per programme before a commitment is made, and the answer sometimes rules the method out. That assessment is shared with the client rather than absorbed into a price.

The concrete module is specified for durability and low maintenance demand, with services routed for accessible replacement rather than concealed convenience.
